Have been so unmotivated to do anything in the extreme heat we have had over this area for the last month or so. Now that the wedding is behind us we can focus on getting healthy again. Basically I am hitting the reset button now and starting over trying to find what works for me. Exercise has always been an issue for me, hate it with a passion unless I can incorporate some type of activity with it as well, otherwise I can not stay focused!
