belly fat reduced from 42 inches to 34 inches
Are 6 packs possible in next 30 days?
73.2 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

@nidhi8900 @tmrdula yes I am following a diet In the morning I have dry fruit shake and 2 eggs later in lunch I eat 2 chapati with available vegetable and 200+ ml of Curd and after workout I take protien suppliment with a banana which I started in 2nd month as I stopped eating chicken then at night I eat same as Lunch and finish my day with some milk In total it's about 130g of protein with 1800 total calories
