Back o. Track. A bit sleep deprived and do not like water so don't drink what I should. I have tried flavor enhancing, but still struggle. I don't get too excited over gains. Most of the time it is just water weight. And sleep deprivation, like waking at 2:30 a.m. due to my husband's low blood sugar. He doesn't realize it. I have saved his life many times over the years. Like having a child, always in tune to their needs. So I just try to catch naps when I can. Last night was not far from a 911 call. I had to administer the emergency shot and monitor him for his sugar to rise. He was in the 20s. Scary!
