So things are getting a little better. Relationship is going back in the right direction. I finished school. Have gotten some major home improvments done....

BUT!

I lost my tenant for the house I own in Texas. My brothers are still in a lot of trouble. Finacee's car took a dump, so my stress level is still high.

At this point my only goal is to not way more then I did at the end of last year. *sigh* What a waste of a year.

Stephany, Hold up! The year is not over yet! That's a good goal to have and sounds achievable with some effort. I've found that stress has been a major factor in my weight gain/depression era. It seems when things are good - I'm almost okay. But when s*** hits the fan - watch out! Do you have a hobby? Hobbies are great stress relievers. Scrapbooking, blogging, even something as simple a daily journal can be a good start. I can understand the situation your going through right now. Outside struggles along with personal struggles amount to more than most can handle...
