So! I've gone down a little bit. Yay! I'd like to loose faster, but it's my own fault if I don't. I've come to some realisations lately that, should I continue to keep them in mind, will really help me reach my goal. It's a slow go, but I'd rather loose weight slowly & keep it off than to loose it quickly & risk gaining it back, even a part of it. Slow & steady wins the race, although I will work harder so that it does come off faster. I can loose faster than I am & still be successful - I just need to work at it. I can be a very hard & determined & stubborn worker when I want to be. The question is - do I want to be? Yes!!

Well done, and good thinking, Michelle, slow and steady is best! You'll find as you lose weight that you can do more exercise without getting tired. I think this exercise malarky can become addictive too! Never thought I would miss exercise, lol!

Oh, exactly, Heidi! I found that when I used to go cycling a lot, I missed it when I couldn't go & was hooked on it. I want to get hooked on cycling again, but that'll come. For now I'm working back up to walking longer distances without tiring - I used to be able to go for ages, but I have to get back to that place again. It'll come, &, as you said, slow & steady is best. :D
