Finally broke my plateau! But didn't expect to lose 4 lbs, so that's pretty awesome. Been camping and managed to stick 100% to the Wheat Belly WOE -- ate only fresh vegetables, fresh fruit, a barbequed chicken and some Paleo sausages from US Costco (they don't carry it in Canada). I'm a happy camper!
