I easily hit and exceeded my goal weight by following two simple rules. 1. Watch (but don't obsess) your bad fat intake 2. Keep protein near my (your) goal weight. Protein burns slowly and keeps your metabolism high by retaining or building lean body mass. Wait! Make that 3 rules: 3. No alcohol!
