wow salut am mbakny....ak kalau makan kurang dr akg pasti puyeng kepala...musti nasi 3x wlau dikit....trus pilih yg bnyk proteinny tp rendah kolesterol...ya tahu tempe ikan dada ayam plus sayur dan nasi🤣🤣🤣
