500gr tepung terigu , 245ml susu uht full cream dingin, 11gr ragi, 100gr gula halus, 1 sdm sp, 50gr mentega putih , 1 sdm minyak goreng | mixer sampai kalis elastis, bulatkan isi, proof 1 jam. Kukus 10 min 👍🏻
