I sweat like a racehorse when I exercise or walk. I make it a point of drinking powerade zero daily. Your new routine?
I too am a dog person, but have a temporary resident until my son finds another apartment.
HCB My sons cat runs to whomever is whistling. Miss Much is a lover but will give me a swat when I touch her tail.

What routine are you doing? I sweat heavily so it always looks like I went into a shower with my clothes on after working out.
