Okay, so now that I think everything is out of my system, I am back on it! Fiber One cereal for breakfast...check! Tonight...soup and veggies...and this afternoon (through the day) fiber snacks to include: cottage cheese, fiber one bar, and fiber one/yoplait yogurt!!
Okay, if I can manage this today along with kicking back into my cardio, I'm well on my way again.
Gotta keep up the discipline :-D
