Not totally on target for the diet I am on, but heading in the right direction for this challenge.I only had one day of carb cravings and ended up eating too many calories causing a .6 gain. Back on track for a 2 pound release... Happy about that.I have lost 6 inches in the measurable places and notice my face is thinning.
