Hi everyone! It’s been awhile since I’ve posted but I’m back! I’m taking my journey more seriously. I cut out iced coffees and I had to cut out bagels for my health. Six days already of this change and my blood sugar issues went away. It’s bittersweet but I know in the long run I’ll be much healthier and happier. It’s inspiring to see everyone’s posts! Im excited to see how I feel in a months time
