I’ve cut out so many foods and it seems to be making a difference. Fruit and veggies are the way forward. Yesterday was a complete write off. Not much was eaten and Appetite went out the window. But I had no hunger pains at all. Today I’m making an effort to eat some food today. I’ve cut out crisps, chocolate, cake, biscuits, sweets and drinks with any type of calories. I’ve not drank any type of alcohol for a week so far and it’s made such a difference to my body, I have no more water retention anymore and I’m not bloated at all now. I’m so happy with the progress. I just don’t want to fall off the bandwagon. I got this 💪🏼
