it's been 30 days since I started working out and took care of my diet
I have lost 4.4 kg total weight and 6% body fat
so I lost 5.9 kg fat and gained 1.5 kg muscle
values are calculated on an online calculator so it's not 100% accurate but gives a good idea
76.7 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
