cant seem to get above 15stone. I'm eating 2800+ calories a day and still cant get there. Someday's it is closer to 3000.

If you're training, perhaps you've gained muscle and lost fat, hence stayed even?

I am, but I should now be gaining weight. Some days it is 3000 calories.

Are you burning off more than what you consume if your training? 3000kcal isn’t a lot for some people

Jozzaline Colombo, eh? 😂 Actually, 3k is a hell of a lot. But it isn't a lot if somebody is fat as hell and only eating shite.

3000 clean is hard to get to. i use 2 scoops protien mixed in with fat free yoghurt twice a day somw times 3..im on 2800 for cutting. but im 17st 8. my maint is 3225 cals..have youtried swapping pit ypur protien for a weight gainer like serious gainz its abkit 600 cals a shake and 4p g protien..yoi may jusy need to push cals up.when i bulked up when i competed at strongman i went from 17st9 to 23 stone on 7000 cals a day..dirty bulk..drinking 4 pints of gold top milk a d everything like that..deadlift was 350kg bench at 225kg..and carried cars and 180kg atlas stones...im cutin now as back injury ( see earlier car carry ,stulid event)

Sadly, the sleep is out of my hands. I'm going through an unnecessarily stressful breakup which isn't helping the sleep front. But I do try.

Unless you’re 6 foot plus or carrying a lot of muscle I don’t feel you need to be over 100kg most of my life I was 13.5 stone and I felt fat I was happier at 75kg I’m about 13.5kg but I’m looking to get back to 75kg so I’m hoping you’re building muscle or tall if so I wish you luck and suggest you’re burning the food you’re consuming and change your exercise regime

Just keep lifting heavy and banging in thr protien and cals, id deffo go for the weight gainers like serious Gainz if i was yiu.. csn keep high protien but add in extra 1500 cals just in shakes..have 1 last thing before bed. I used to be 14.5 stone and couldnt get bigger o matter what until i did my first serious bulk on over 5k cals a day , i can walk around comfortably at between 17.5 and 18 stone and have cpmpleted total warrior and spartan races at 19.5 stone whilst still comleting at strongman and powerlifting.. im just under 6ft 4. And now dropping fat and muscle for sake of my health but be careful what ypu wish for . Once ypu get big and its maonly miscle its psycholgically hard to get smaller. I hate looking in mirror and seeing how small i am now to when i competed. Jusy got to try an learn to love being smaller again.But calories will help you get there and the mass gainers are really good
