Today was a hard day, I ate too much, although it was under my daily recommended calorie intake, as recommended by this app, I still feel it was too much, as I was full sometimes, but still kept eating. I have PMS at the moment, and this month it is painful, and I feel really really sad - this is my trigger, because food is my coping mechanism.

I am proud that I still stuck to healthy food though! Even if I didn’t listen to my bodies queues, I still tried to keep the food healthy, I know that that isn’t ideal, and that it would have been better to listen to my body, regardless of what I was eating, but usually I would have just gone for the junkiest food I could have found on days like this, and then I would have been FAR over my calorie count, regardless of the amount of food. So I am counting it as a win.

Yesterday was day one for me and it was rough. I had no energy and the pain kicked my butt. I honestly could not stick to my eating plan. Even drinking water felt like it took so much energy. I also want to improve how I manage my PMS so that it does not derail my progress. Well done on sticking to healthy food. That is definitely a positive step

Thanks Aboutlvg! I am sorry you had to go through that, but I am glad I am not alone. Loosing weight is hard for anyone, but throw PMS in the mix, and you’ve got a perfect storm!
