I weigh in every Monday, and today was down 0.9kg. Do I wish it would go faster, sure, but I am happy it at least went down, and I am celebrating that!
I am not going to lose hope. I am keeping my reasons for doing this in the forefront of my mind, and I am being kinder to myself this time around.
I have been negative towards myself my whole life and it has gotten me nowhere, so this time around I am trying positive self talk, and kindness.
I am setting small goals, and when I reach that, I will reset my goal according to what I feel will be kind on myself, and I will celebrate every goal reached, no matter how long it takes me to get there.
