Ok I have seriously slipped in the eating regime. Not that i am eating the wrong things but just that i am actually skipping meals now with out meaning too. I am finding myself too busy to actually stop and think 'hmm I'm hungry must be time to eat'. I think i need to start setting myself alarms so i know when it is time to stop what i am doing and eat something.
