Today was ok I did my exercises alittle later than I usually do . But I did get them done. I have so much to do but really didn't get to much done . Tomorrow I will be busy from early taking my daughter to volley ball practice and I will walk then . Then the rest of the day sooo busy . laundry and its alot and then packing vaca here I come . Can't wait . I will be swimming and walking all two weeks . I have to print the food list so I can take it with me no computer there unless I find a library which will be nice . So I can log my food . Or I will have to get a note book to do it .I do not want to go off track . Well nite I'm tired and its an early day tomorrow
