@harman1535 bro there isn’t 61grams of protein in 200g of chicken this information is incorrect its of turkey chicken not regular chicken meat. See you can find it on healthify app and here also if you select chicken breast meat that one is correct information

@xaidk sure I did, you can also check protein in chicken breast not the whole chicken, breast has more protein then other parts

I can tell you how I marinate you can grill it in oven or even in pan if don't have an oven, after washing the chicken and removing extra layer of fat I add curd, salt, red chill powder and garam masala to marinate the chicken you can also add black pepper
