I count calories back on this app a good 4 years and overtime had amazing results. Sure pays to track what you're eating. Well over the last 4 years I put back on a bad 15lbs. I remember when I had to downsize my portions how hungry I was feeling. I am feeling that way yet again as I just started dieting again and all I can think about is how the poor 3rd world people feel who are hungry all the time and I shouldn't be complaining over a measly 200 calorie deficit, lol. Work in progress.
