Some of you were asking for soya egg bhurji recipe it's not that tough, after boiling and squeezing water out of soya fry them in a pan with half tablespoon of of oil with some onion after soya becomes golden with a crust add 1 whole egg and 1 egg white and mix it well on low heat add salt and chilli according to your taste, I added little bit of ketchup but it's completely your choice even without that it tasted quite good and had a lot of protein
