Bahan: udang, tempe, jarum tiram, kemangi
Bumbu iris: bamer, baput, cabe
Cara: tumis bumbu iris dg sedikit minyak (1/2 sdm) smpe harum masukkan bahan2 secara urut-bergantian. Tambahkan garam & kaldu jamur, aduk sampe matang yg dinginkan. Bila mau agak berkuah bisa tambah air ( klo aku ga pake air, krn tumisan akan basah dr jamurnya)
