Goals arent going well. Had an interesting Therapy session and its really been on my mind all week. Like - I kinda feel like I got knocked back a notch to process. Shouldnt affect my goals but it is. I bought a new journal to start getting some thoughts out. Still trying to log and get in steps so its not all gone to shit.
