Slow and steady wins the race. After not having any serious weight loss for a few weeks, The perseverance finally paid off. I'm now down 14 pounds from my initial FS weigh in on June 6. I still have a long way to go until I reach my first goal of 250 lbs and ultimate goal of 190-200 lbs. I just have to keep reminding myself that this is a marathon and not a sprint. I'm creating healthier habits along the way. I'm still very optimistic.
