Stayed the same this week. Better than a gain. Still want to see the 150s before my birthday. Just don't want 160s anymore. I am done with that chapter, now time to turn the page or maybe even close the book :)

When is your birthday? Maybe we can create a group challenge around that like my sister and I did for mine. Ours was 5lbs by Sept20th(my bday)
