Fat secret says I should be eating 1,700 calories according to my weight and activity level. That seems too high to me.
I thought I would have to eat 1,500 calories to lose weight.
Do you guys lose weight eating the number of calories Fat secret suggests?

Surprisingly, fat secret got my weight loss calories right. Now that I am maintaining, fat secret says 2300 calories for me, but I try to stay between 2000 and 2300 depending upon my activity level and most recent weight measurement.

Every other calculator I use, gives a lesser RDI than FS. 🤷‍♀️ I don't count calories too much.

I am eating 1,500 calories a day anyway. If you don’t count calories what do you do?

I normally count carbs with a 20g total red line limit that naturally keeps calories low for me (keto diet). Right now, I'm in the middle of a Beef, Bacon, Butter, & Eggs only 30 day challenge. After the challenge, I plan on trying to remain on the carnivore diet but incorporate more carnivore foods, and eat only when hungry & until satisfied. The theory is that it's hard to over eat when eating that much animal protein & fat. We'll see how it goes.
