So, Last night we had 2 chicken sausages which were lovely, plus our 2 to 3 cups of steamed veg, and I lost 600 grams. Very happy with that. The chicken snags were a risk, but my hubby and I kept only losing 100g at a time. Here's hoping he has a decent loss too.
