I feel shame a little bit, i guess it's kinda like cheat day or cheat dinner? Idk 🥲 but i cooked schnitzels in toaster so it's oil free?

It is a regular dinner. Do not blame yourself. This should be a journey, not just a diet.

beggyg yes you are right, this should be a journey... but i can't hold myself for blame myself after eat 'not healthy ' foods.. I guess i have eating disorder kind of thing im not sure though. Even though thank you for your support i'll try to get over it 💖

Just eat like me. More bigger, more calories, more pro, more taste. We arent hamster sis, your brain is bigger brain among the animals. So, you need more calories, you need more food. But eat healty and clean foods always.

salisalisali123 when i eat more calories i couldn't burn it, i guess my metabolism is reaallyyyy working slowly so i try to eat more healthy foods and less junk foods of course. But im not sure i can go up like 1400 calories or 1500 calories.. My average is 800-1000 i hope its okay for my health and believe me im really full when i get up my dining table🥹 (And your grammar, it's totally okay, its simple, understandable and actually i think grammar doesn't make to much changes or not important that much) 💖

First, thanks. And, you can learn how much your body burning. Because your system needs calories. Just learn this from google. (Basal metab.) You need eat like 1600-1700(minimum) to feed your body, brain, system. Earn more muscle for higher basal metabolism.
