@romeodexlax emg sedikit kak sebenarnya sih harus segitu anjuran kemenkes 5 sendok nasi kira2 110 kalori. Supaya kenyang sayur yg dibanyakin sisanya protein. Selama ini org2 agak salah sayur dikit tpi nasi segunung.
