Hi am Suzi am just me I don’t try to be anything am not what you see is what you get tried dieting before but has never worked gotten bored after a while have a lot off medical issues but not letting that stop me it just another hurdle , my main aim is is to lose weight so I can actually do exercise I am attending my local gym to help build muscle strength and losing the weight will be beneficial as well , I log all my food on paper as well as here as well so I know exactly what am eating!! It’s a true saying …..
