Nothing wrong with using food to celebrate meeting a new goal. The only criteria is choosing something you may not regularly eat but don't because of the price. For example...pick up one of those small premade sushi trays at Sam's,Costco or the grocery. Or, buying the best cut of a steak but keep your portion under control. Stop reaching for the same old junk and you can still use food as a reward and a treat. Good Luck!!
