Trotz viel Bewegung, Sport wieder mehr. Gestern beim „heimlichen“ wiegen waren es 72kg…….. 🥲
72.5 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
