Today is the first day of my diet. I an on my own version of lo-carb/high protein diet. Unfortuately, today I took in more carbs than protein. My calorie intake is right on the mark. I have not felt any hunger or compulsion to eat foods on my no-no list. I plan on start exercising tomorrow. I will have to be careful in the evening because thats when the problems begin. I snack or overeat in the evening
