I have been so stressed out recently there are allot of upsetting things going on in my life rite now that has ha me down. I definitely haven't been eating rite and appetite is gone, the Funeral is on Friday. I did manage to ride my bike to Walmart in back which was 5 miles in 20 something minutes. Any way I am officially at 12 inches off the waist and 82 pounds lost by the middle of month 5. The 220 range is when I really start to look lean up top and in the shoulders. Going to try my best this week to concentrate on a better diet and lots of water. I keep forgetting to drink threw out the day maybe 1-2 days a week i get it rite and those are the days i have the best success. Things will get better keep you head up...
