Have had a week of dating my gorgeous husband while nanny(you got to love nanny's) and our daughter organised their time together... ended up bing 10 days in all so hubby and I wined, dined, visited friends, movied and anything else we could with the free time to connect. And with it all I have managed to maintain at 81kg. On a cleanse at present to re-ignite the good health in my system and then back in to challenging myself into the lifestyle of good health and fitness and balance. Last week in my project job before heading back for the new season and I am looking forward to that. Hope everyone else is doing well over the winter period.
