I am very proud of myself this week. No cheating! Not bad for visiting with my aunt flow!HA HA! Also, I've been biking back and forth to work. Thats four miles one way. And its getting easier is the best part :) I started a notebook (cuz how i love a notebook to write in :) I'm using it as a calender and a menu planner. I'm planning my meals every week and I'm setting weekly and monthly goals. My goal for this week is 224. My goal for the month is 217. I think its doable. And I really feel like I'm on the ball this time! I love all the energy I'm creating for myself by eating this wonderful food! I don't know why I stop and I know I will not stop this time!!! Please help me not stop!!! lol jk! I can do it! :) peace.
