I find it easier to lose weight in the summer. I've made some changes to my diet. I've cut out a lot of the fat, but increased calories a bit. I've cut out cream from my coffee and mayo. I've added more salads and changed my creamy casear salad dressing for an oil dressing. In the last week I've dropped 7lb.
Most of dieting is just learning which foods you can eat, and which you cannot.
I've also added 2 or 3 latte a week to my diet and am eating no supplements. Once I reach 145 for a week or two I will re-introduce the supplements and see what effect they have.
I plan to wait till I keep my weight under 150 for more than one or two weeks before I reset my goal.
