Hi ya'll. I must share my excitement. I got onto the scale this am and I was happily shocked. I broke the 150 mark. Woo hoo. I love that feeling! I went back at my weight history and I saw that since I have been a member here I have not been in the 140's. Double pleasure. Especially since I have been a member for over 5 years. SO...... I am the proof that it takes time, it takes work, both physical and mental, but it WILL happen! Stay strong ya'll! Keep up the good work that you all are doing!
