I just did some calculations... If I cut people off my life who usually peer pressure me to eat what I don't want (nor need) to eat. And I say no to every social event under the sun, as well as cut beer completely, then I can reach my goal weight in 12 months.
I am now losing 600 g per month.
7.1 kg (to target) which is equivalent to 7100 g.
To find the time, I divided the total weight loss (7100 g) by the rate of weight loss per month (600 g):
7100 g / 600 g = 11.83 months
Rounded to the nearest whole number, it will take me approximately 12 months to lose 7.1 kg if I continue losing weight at a rate of 600 g per month. Good to know
