For whenever I've slightly over eaten I have under eaten in the last couple of days by accident. It all works out 😅 I walkways forget I have some room to eat after dinner 😁 Today's workout I hope ne er falls on a Monday again. Upper Body day is my more lengthy routine and since my gym opens at 5am, I run out of time before I need to head into work. I will need to work around that. Today, I really pushed to hit all max rep ranges to "graduate" whatever weight I've been on for the last 2 cycles. I did 80% if them and look forward to the next Upper Body day to complete the 20%.
