how many calories are you aiming for per day

@yaso19#...I am for 1300 calaries a day...some days are alot more but then other less...over a week it evens out to close to my goal😁

I have been so on and off for last two years but recently have put on so much weight

@yaso19#...when I first started FS my goal weight was 4 below ..then I picked up so much now my goal weight is what I started off with🤦‍♀️ but I try take everything in to consideration..life, family and age...so being kinder to myself and taking every win no matter how small😁

@Yaso19#...so I have a target board but I put simple things on it...like 1st one was to drink water...every day I reached my target drew a smiley face....5 smiley equals a treat...a treat is small like a sweetie pie🍦 when it becomes a habit then move onto another challenge. Then also have a gratitude journal...write something everyday I am grateful for...this helps me see small wins and be grateful😁
