Even though I'm all sweaty and my hair is all messy, I've noticed I look my best right after a work out.. Wonder why... I'm thinking, next time I am to go out, I would hit the gym instead of getting made up.. ;-)
Also, got my BMI analysis done at the gym today.. Even though all the indexes (BMI, WHR, BMR etc) are normal, it says i must gain 2.6 kg muscle and lose 1.6 kg fat.. wonder what should i do different at the gym in order to achieve that...
