My current struggle: I’m managing to eat 3 low calorie meals a day, that are all around 300 cals or below. However, it gets to about 7pm and I’m just craving sweet stuff. I end up having a few unhealthy snacks that just knocks my calorie goal for the day - very frustrating. I’ve tried having an apple when craving sweet stuff but I still end up wanting oreos etc after 💔

The low calorie meals you are eating.. are they ready meals, or do you cook from scratch?
It could be sugar in these meals that are giving you the craving later in the day.
I have a sweet tooth. After a meal, I have a bit of dark chocolate & find that satisfies the desire. Don’t restrict yourself just find something that is lower in calories. Eg you can also melt dark chocolate over raspberries / strawberries

I cook them from scratch - I’m vegetarian so usually lots of veg, some protein and a low carb. Thanks for the advice! Dark chocolate after a meal sounds good 😌
