Have started slim pod which is a non diet programme to change your mindset. You’re not supposed to weigh but it’s helpful to know at the start if there’s any impact - I’ve lost nearly 4 pounds in the first 2 weeks and I’m eating more healthily. Won’t be here too often now but other podders seem to weigh in several times over a year so am going to keep my app open.
