Last night I finally weighed in and 155 not to bad . I can't complain its really good . I know now I will probrably slow down alittle but thats to be expected . Like everyone said the first two weeks its water. I will have to make sure I change things up . Weather exercise or eating times. My goal is to be able to go down a size in about two to three months that would be great as to making my self feel beautiful I haven't felt that way in a while . I also joined a challenge today and its to get out and do something every day and I have been good about it so far but the challenge will make me stick to it
