Oh mannnnnn! Following yesterday's awesome workout, I felt like my body's energy depleting and that carried throughout the day into work. A little bit of an off day. Came slightly under kCal. I entered imaginary food I thought I was going to eat and misentered my intake. I only found out later in the day when I started getting hungry and wondered how I ate so many calories already but still be hungry 😳 For today....today's workout was Lower Body and oh mannnnnnnn! It was a real grind. I almost gave up so many times not because I was tired, but my motivation was gone. In the end, Discipline carried me through and I exceeded more in reps and weight progression than my body wanted to do. It was a real mental game today. I think tomorrow I will take an active rest day and today, today i will eat some super awesome food 😁 pasta tonight! ❤️❤️❤️
