Cindy - since my hip replacement running was my passion. This is on an elliptical which gets me the same workout without the impact.

I don't know anything about sports. All I know is the visual made my jaw drop. Without breaking a sweat, I can do two hours of my games, TV, internet, reading. Back in the day, I could sew and bead/craft. My biggest activity is mowing the lawn. Under an hour when I'm being slow, broken up by a rest break. Two hours straight of high impact?! GRATZ!
