This is a prepared mix if you’re lazy like me. Tattooed Chef cauliflower stir fry. They have it at Target, Walmart and Costco. It is my favorite way to eat cauliflower and i change up the spices to make it either more Asian or adding cumin and salsa to make it taste more Mexican.

Bear, you need one. It’s smaller than a regular oven, it cooks better tasting food than a microwave, and it’s so much fun while using way less electricity.

I know, I really want one. I keep seeing how wonderful the food turns out. I just don't have room on my counters because I have too many other things and no place to store it. I need another cabinet.

Mine is rectangular and I stuck it in an otherwise dead space corner. My microwave is now storage, I use it so infrequently.
